Whats the best thing you have used for your Eczema?

While my son uses stuff from doctors it was recently that we did the simplest of things. For showers use only products that are fragrance free and clear. Also immediately, after the shower prior to drying put a very thin layer of vaseline over affected areas. This seals in moisture. My son has been battling eczema since he was 2 years old. He is now 11 and spent 1 week in the hospital due to it. While the treatment for it require many things. This was one of the simplest actions we could do upon his return that has worked marvelously and which we had never ever tried. Also moisture rich lotions like Eucerin are really concentrated and work well.
