Allegic to Codeine?

Question: I recently found out i was allergic to Codeine after a dental procedure. my face swelled and rashes. how allergic would u think i am because of that and does anyone know what products Codeine is also in?

Codeine is a pain reliever. It is usually very effective, tell your doctors and dentists about this so they don't prescribe it again. Codeine is found in Narcotic pain meds. So you will be fine to take tylenol or motrin.
