rash & static electrick sting?

Question:

since i get this rash, my skin get dry &
if i wear rubber footwear, i ocasionally get "electricuted" by metal thing,,
doctor said, my skin is too sensitive and should avoid any lotion and antiseptic..
i live in tropical island in a warm temperature, so it is wiered..

try taking vitim B-6 100mg it's for your blood, my doctor told me i had a touch of static in my blood, i also felt some what of a shock, tiggly feeling, and this is what he told me to do. now i feel so much better and it does help. yes it all sounds weird, but i guess things just happen. and we learn everyday about things. so i sujest vitim B-6 take one every morning when you get up.
