2 weeks ago, I had sex, now I have some whitehead zits on arms that keep coming back. what to do?

Question: These zits are very small, not very itchy at all. They leave red marks behind with a white circle of dead skin around them. They usually come back in the same place but I am starting to notice more and more of them. I am not sure what it is, because they are only on my arms, and they were there the day after I had sex with this girl. I guess I will go to the doctor soon, but thought I would try searching the internet first. Oh yes, i forgot to add - it was unprottected sex, I know that probably doesnt make a difference, because the zits are on my arms.

You have a mild case of folliculitis. This is usually caused by a staph infection. This is not dangerous and it will get better on its own in a few more weeks. Sometimes people get this from close contact with someone else. Sometimes you can get it from being in a hot tub. were you in one? Just use an antibacterial soap and be patient. It will get better.

I think you may be having a skin rash, or some sort of sun rash. If it was sex related, they would be in your genital area. It's a good thing you're going tot he doctor anyway. Sounds like you need to go to the doctor. If you really want to check the net first, check webmd.com or some other medical sight. If it is a reddish ring around unbroken/clear skin, it could be ringworm, otherwise its probably just a heat rash, sun rash, or some other form of rash. you go to the same person you had sex with and have sex with them again ok
