I am having a lot of twitching in my calf muscles. Anyone know what causes this?

Its mostly my left calf. Its weirding me out, I'm an active 28 year old.

But you may want to add potassium to your diet, because if you work out allot it uses allot of oxygen that is in your blood stream and you need to add potassium to keep the levels okay to keep down muscle spasms and cramping. You can get allot of potassium from different foods like bananas.
