What is the best non-prescription teenage acne product?

Try anything from the Clearsil or St. Ives line. If you find the soaps dry your face out too much (which they can even if you have acne), try using Dove soap, Unscented. It's the most mild and ph balanced, I find.
Also exfoliate your face once a week to take off the dead skin which can actually lead to pimples. A cheap and quite effective way is honey and sugar, about a teaspoon of each. Mix them together in your hand and apply to a moist face. Massage all over face, avoiding eye area. And although it tastes sweet...you might not want to eat it since it has dead skin in it now :-D. It may be a little harsh at first, but it feels wonderful afterwards. Make sure you wash your face with a mild cleanser after and rinse your face with cool water.

i love clean and clear....
ProActiv (look online). I think there is a comparative product in drugstores or Target - active ingredient is Benzoyl Peroxide.
try water.sometimes i get pimples all over my face. only one thing fixes my problem. i run hot water on my face for at least ten minuets when i'm in the shower. (maybe the steam opens the pores to release the crap) once i'm out of the shower, i scrub my face sorta roughly with a towel. it works when i decide to stop popping my zits, then i have i clear face with radiant skin.
clean and clear make sure you get oil free moisturiser too dry skin will make the oil glands go spastic
The key ingredient you want is benzoyl peroxide, which kills the acne bacteria. Some excellent products which contain benzoyl peroxide:
Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment
Clearasil Ultra Acne Treatment Cream
Oxy Balance Sensitive Skin Acne Treatment, Vanishing Formula
Oxy Balance Maximum Acne Treatment, Tinted
Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10, Maximum Strength
Experiment with lower-percentage benzoyl peroxide products first (read the labels) because they're less irritating to the skin and will cause less redness, burning, dryness, flaking, or peeling.
Cleansers generally don't work because they're rinsed off before the active ingredients have time to work on the skin. Leave-in creams or gels work far better.
