A tiny white bump on bottom of toe.?

Question:

My boyfriend has a small bumb on the bottom of his toe and it almost looks like a zit and he says its VERY painful. Doesnt look like a wart or anything, could be a bite but we're just not sure if its anything to worry about or get checked out.

It could be a wart or an insect bite.I do not know where you live,but fire ants leave blisters that resemble pimples.Certain spiders will also leave a small painful area that resembles a pimple.Are there any small holes or bite marks?Try Benadryl orally and a warm compress on the area.If it is a "zit" the warm pack will make it come to a head.Other wise go to a podiatrist to see if it is a wart.
