(4) Community more suceptible for diabetes.

Your hemoglobin level has nothing to do with diabetes. It only tells you how effective your blood is at carrying oxygen. In general, a higher hemoglobin is better. Hemoglobin A1C - is a totally different test. Doctors use it on diabetics to tell how well they have been managing their glucose levels.
If your triglycerides & cholesterol are that high, you should already be on a prescription medication. However, you can also take niacin supplements which have been proven to lower "bad" cholesterol & raise "good" cholesterol levels. Most importantly, of course, diet & exercise!
