People knowingly infecting partners with AIDS etc what should be done with them?

Question:
Something should be done to identify these people in society, as There are some rogues out there actively passing death around, with no regard for others.

May I suggest a murder conviction, under law, for anyone proved to have knowningly infected someone? And their name in a publicly available database, or tattoo on their forehead or something?

Because it is death sentence, be it 10yrs away or not....

Answers:
I beleive that people knowingly infecting people with any disease much less one without a cure and a sure death sentence with lots of suffering should be brought to justice. That is very wrong and they should realize that they need to heve more regard and respect for other humans.

Other Answers:
Well it is a murder conviction anyway in some countries it is a serious crime in United Kingdom and America.

I think you have something but where do we draw the line and how do we know intent and do we add other dieases to that list like herpes and genetial warts cause there is no cure for them either and then we have to have a computer data base to store all these peoples names and a crew of people to tract the info
i think that if someone knows they have aids, i think that they should have to have their genitals taken out, so they can not spread that nasty life ending thing, ,,,,
Capital punishment. Which ever penalty is given in that state for murder. Death or life without parole.
In some states in the United States, it is a felony. Punishment depends on the location. A registry should be set up once one is identified with the virus.
It IS against the law, if there is evidence to prove the case. However it's usually one persons word against the others. It's against the law to knowingly have an STD and then have unprotected sex with another person. The laws vary according to region, and I think they are more prominent in more populous areas.
