Haemochromatosis?

Question: I suffer from haemochromatosis - excess iron in the blood - which can/does cause all sorts of ailments, pains, sexual dysfunction, liver problems, depression, palpitations etc etc etc. Some suffer many ailments, some a few. It is more common than we are lead to believe & if treated early - one can lead a full/normal life.

Are there other haemochromatosis sufferers out there who visit 'ask' ?

ive read it can be caught from blood transfusions.

Possibly because of myomatous erythrocytosis syndrome. The hospital don't want to know - they are only interested in anaemia.
