Dear mum,

1-threatened abortion = bleeding only but the baby will servive.
2- missed abortion = loss of foetal life and no baby will be recovered.
3-complete abortion = loss of foetal life and the dead body is recovered totally.
incomplete abortion = loss of foetal life and some body contents should be removed medically.

I'm sorry, but I don't believe there is any way to prevent what is said to be "God's will".
If you do not want any more kids, get your tubes tied or use birth control. To stop a miscarriage, there is no way to do this. They just happen for any number of reasons. This is why we are one in a million. -no stress, drugs, smoking, or alcohol
-use caution everywhere to protect baby
have your dr. check your progesterone levels. Drink rosehips tea, it helps keep your uterus healthy and strong. These are the only things I know to help prevent but I don't know if it is applicable in your case.
Good luck and I am sorry for your losses.
(I can relate, 6 pregnancies-2 children.) The problem may be that the cervix is not strong enough and you may need to have it sewn up so you can come to full term.
you could also have a virus or infection - I have heard of women taking penicillin three months before they conceive so that they can carry to term.
If you are not getting insightful answers from your doctor then try someone else .
I'm sorry for your loss
