recurring trigeminal neuralgia medical info?

Question: I had surgery for TN 3 years ago. They found a blood vessel had attatched it's self to the nerve. I have lately been having ALOT of STRESS in my life and the pain has come back . I was sondering if it's from all the stress or if I could be having a recurring problem and need to seek medical help again?

Answers:
Stress never helps in nerve problems, but I'd still get it looked at.
