is humidity good for yous skin?

Question:

Answers:
Skin is constantly adapting to humidity levels but takes between a few hours and a couple of days to get it right. High humidity reduces skin renewal rate and reduces water loss, low humidity increases skin renewal but increases water loss, so each has advantages. However, long term extremes can produce problems with inadiquate skin renewal or excessive water loss and thus cracking dry skin. To find out more try investigating how a Sauna improves the skin (alternating between extremes of temperature and humidity for short periods of time)

Well if it is then my skin must be gorgeous
no it can close the pores and make your skin dry you always want to keep the pores open to breathe to have healthy skin
Good question. Do you have dry skin? If so, humidity probably would be good because it will help you sweat which will bring natural oils to the surface of your skin, therefore helping your dryness. You'll still want to wash with a gentle cleanser so as not to dry out your newly acquired sheen.

If you have oily skin, i'd say humidity won't help because just the opposite can happen - unless you're lucky and don't sweat...
Yes, it's great for your skin! Maybe not so much for the hair though....lol.
