I would tell your doctor. I think that a vitamin supplement might help? If you don't get hysterical crying, you might be able to pass it off with sunglasses and "oh its just allergies". See if someone answers with Fatigue. Maybe plan your day if possible to be a little different each day. A change might help your mind set? Not sure just a thought. Hope you get to a spot that you can deal with it a little more comfortably.

You could have depression also. and/or Obsessive Compulsive disorder, with it.

If this is a disease, get professional help. You mean cronic fatuge syndrom right. I had my self for a few years. I know what your going through. What really helped me was sleeping pills. I took em the same time every night and went to bed and woke up the same time every day. I made sure I got about 10 hrs of sleep. and after a while I had some energy back. I took time and the progress was graudual but that is what helped me.
Plus moderate activity and sticking to a schedual and kinda forcing my self along. I let my self scream and cry when no one was looking and that helped with all the frustration.
I hope you are seeing a doctor because they can give you the good meds and other advice you need. Plus you have to be sure that there is not some thing else going on to cause this. I've had CFS for many years. And it can be debilitating. Between the major fatigue, memory loss and lack of concentration. Depression can set it. Being tired and having no energy most of the time makes it a struggle to get through each day. Once the depression sets it, it just makes you feel worse. Contact your DR. and tell him/her what your going though. The Dr. may put you on an anti-depressant. That should help some.
