Ive had my nose pierced twice and if you take good care of it it will not leave a scar..I don't know of any dangers associated with getting your nose pierced..I will however tell you it feels like your getting punched in the nose when they do it and your eye will water for a bit on the side that you have the piercing in but again its only for a bit its actually not too bad.
it probably will leave a scar. bc my friend pierced her lip and when she takes the thingy majig out, it has this large hole and it is also very ugly. it might now be the best idea to get ur nosed pierced.

It leaves a hole, no scar. Like having your ears pierced.
I love my nose piercing, it hurt though when I had it done. I had no problems with it after, or since.xxx
