Question:
Answers:
I personally have HPV as well, and have had for about a year know, and both my fiance (she gave it to me, with out even knowing that she had it) and i use the aldara cream. It seems to work really well for us. We are very sexually active, so it has taken longer for hte warts to go away. The more that you ahve sex, the more the warts will grow.
There are many things that you can buy over the internet, that say that they will remove HPV, but am not for sure if they work or not.

HAHAHAHAHAHAH
That sucks
ask the doctor to freeze them off. he will probably do it anyway. it doesn't hurt, but make sure you keep up with your appointments, its very important
With proper treatment, genital wart outbreaks of usually can be controlled. However, the warts frequently reappear after treatment. Even after you have been treated for HPV, you may still infect others.
Please see the webpages for more details on Genital warts.
I have heard of a creme called Aldara but the doctor would have to precribe that for you. I would reccommend getting them freezed off because cremes usually take about 6 weeks to work.
I THINK YOU CAN GET SOME CREAMS ON LINE BUT YOU SHOULD JUST WAIT UNTILL THE DOCTOR TREATS THEM. WITHIN A FEW DAYS THEY WILL BE GONE.
No, there are not many home remedies.
Actually there are none.
Don't use compound W or anything like that on the genital ones.. it is truely too tender of an area.
Ask your GYN to either
1. Burn them off
2. Freeze them off
3. Cut them out
Etc...
You can have it done like a surgery where they put you out, then they laser/cut all of the ones they can find out. This might be your best chance to get rid of most of them before they spread.
Good luck.
Ask your doctor about a cream called Aldara. It works great! I got genital warts about 7 months ago and used Aldara cream for about 3-4 weeks and the warts went away completely. You will need a prescription from your doctor for it. There are no over the counter medications that you can use for genital warts. Compound W and other products like that can irritate the genital area, so you should definitely not use them.
You can always have them frozen or lasered off, but I personally saw this as a last resort. I wanted to try the cream and then if I had to, get them removed. Luckily they cleared right up with the cream. Definitely ask your doctor about it when you go on Friday. Good luck to you!
