i got a rash what do i do!?

Question: okay so i got a rash right in the middel of my right arm it dose not hurt but it itches the rash looks like a bunch of little red dots about the size of a tastebud each and i got about 100 on my arm and they are spreading what can i do to make my self stop itching them and to make them stop itching and to make the rash go away if you have had anything like this please tell me what you did to get it to go awayand what is the name of this rash
