I had oral sex on the 17th Sep. After ejaculation, I just wipe off the excess semen and went to bed. I started have tingling sensation for next few days. This morning, 20th Sep, I woke discovering my underwear stained with pus. After further inspection, I realized the pus is coming out from my penis.

It could be an STD (there are 32 known strains of STDs and you can get 26 of them orally) or it could be like a Urinary Tract Infection. Either way, go to the doctor.

Why don't you go to the doctor, I assume this is one part of your body you are very attached to, so why take any chances?
