when having my Mps i normally have very painful stomach crums which usually lasts for about 2 to three days?

Question:
the first 2 to 3 days of my MPs i normally have very painful stomach crums. during this period i normally vomit alot and have no appetite for food. the pain i normally experience doesn't allow me to do anything eg standing, sleeping, walking, eating or any other activity. i have asked my friends about it and most of them have told me that i may be having fibroids which needs to be surgically removed or it will lead to infertility in future. i am worried about my problem and since i don't stay with my parents i can't go to a hospital for checkup just to be sure if their conclusion is correct coz i can't support my self financialy. please my dear friends tell me what i may be suffering from?

You should not depend on the answers you receive here. You should go to a hospital or contact a doctor. Perhaps there is a free women's health clinic in your area?
I am sorry to hear about your problem.. I use to have very painful and heavy MPs a lil over a year ago. I would suggest going to your gynocologist for an exam and ask him/her these questions.

Although, you might have fibroids but you could also have what is called endometriosis. Endometriosis is a common health problem in women. It gets its name from the word endometrium, the tissue that lines the uterus (womb). In women with this problem, tissue that looks and acts like the lining of the uterus grows outside of the uterus in other areas. These areas can be called growths, tumors, implants, lesions, or nodules.

I hope this helps. Good luck
