Iheard of a one year old getting a high fever suddenly and had seizures. His oxygen level was209 at hosp. why?

it sounds like this child was a having a seizure? I would have him/her checked so you can catch a disability quick not saying it does just curios. I would ask your Dr. Primary Care Physician about this also. You would get a better answer than on here.
Please elaborate, I don't understand those numbers.
