This is what we diabetics call, YMMV (your mileage may vary). One can calculate this information based on weight and daily caloric intake.
Personally, I try limit my carb intake to 50 grams max at a sitting; however, there are some that like the 'low carb' diet, so this might be way too much for them.

well Im 32, 5'5.5", 146 lbs and on a pump and my Rndo told me about 180 crbs a day,,,,it differs per person though....a good site to try is calorieking.com, there is a lot of info on there about diabetees & other health/diet issues too
