How many carbohydrates/day should Type I Diab. have?

I have a Booth at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I am an Advocare Independent Distributor
and would like to donate something diabetic -friendly.

Answers:
It varies depending on the age, size and how active the person. No two are the same.

This is what we diabetics call, YMMV (your mileage may vary). One can calculate this information based on weight and daily caloric intake.

Personally, I try limit my carb intake to 50 grams max at a sitting; however, there are some that like the 'low carb' diet, so this might be way too much for them.

well Im 32, 5'5.5", 146 lbs and on a pump and my Rndo told me about 180 crbs a day,,,,it differs per person though....a good site to try is calorieking.com, there is a lot of info on there about diabetees & other health/diet issues too
