i have a rash under my balls thats is flaky and red and some times its a brownish color when its not itching?

That is known as jock itch . same fungus as athlete's foot.

Get some Tinactin or Desitin, spray it on, wear loose shorts, and you'll be fine.

Funny that all the female responders thought it was something way worse than what it is. Just garden variety jock itch.

Dude, jock itch. Buy some gold bond or some jock itch cream at the grocery store. It'll clean it up for you. I played a lot of baseball, jock it itch sucks.

if you've been in pools and then u don't change ur swimming trousers 4 a long time then might be the cause.
