give it up
u will have a better chance
Smoke Pot instead. you may still get cancer but you won't care.
Stop right now, you don't want cancer, why reduce it when you can prevent it?
Not that I am advertising or something. In this website, click "Prevent Cancer" on the NAVIGATION section, and that might help. Here's the link: http://www.geocities.com/franciatanael/
quit
Celebrax.
Do not smoke with others and stop smoking
Please give up. I work in a Hospice and I have seen the effects smoking has had on people. Start by reducing the cigarettes and them give up completely. Try using patches or gum to help.
Jump off a cliff.
you should mainly to ignore or be always busy or if not then try to have filter cigarettes. You can also try cigar and pipe because its less harmful then cigarettes.
although you still have the risk you should quit smoking asap
Well the best thing you can do is quit..it's hard to do but it is do-able..ex-smokers will always be at a higher risk than non-smokers for cancer..thats just a fact that we have to live with.BUT for each year that you dont smoke the body will start to repair itself.lungs clean out etc etc.and the chances of getting cancer are reduced.nobody is safe from getting it even the non smokers/non drinkers etc..look how many children have cancer.and they werent smokers

smoke free for over a year.medical provider and hubby specializes in oncology
The best way to reduce your risk is to quit smoking, but just know that your lungs have already been exposed to the dangers of smoking for years ( I don't know how long you have been smoking), so years down the road, you may still get cancer. There are other diseases that you may get, like COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) , or emphysema.
go visit at a hospice and see how smoking works out
Cut down on smoking. Nothing else can reduce your risk of lung cancer further.
SEE YOU USER NAME. WELL THAT WILL BE THE OUTCOME OF CONTINUING WITH YOUR SMOKING!!.
