Am I legally obligated to tell my partner I have anal warts?

Question: I have been diagnosed with anal warts. It is uncomfortable discussing this. When I date women, I frequently ask them to manipulate my rectum with their fingers and/or tongue. Am I required to tell them about my condition? Is it dangerous not to tell them?
