Hi! My blood work came back with my White Blood Cells at 12.5 and my platelets were high too at 516. Any help!

Thrombocytopenia, immediate help can be done by taking one baby aspirin per day. You must consult your doctor first and let him know what you are taking even if it is only aspirin. Aspirin can lower the platelet count significantly. The White Blood Count is a measure to see if you are fighting off an infection. Are you? You may need to put on some antibiotics as I really don't know what else is wrong with you. LOL
