I just go sharp pain in my chest they went away in like 20 seconds but it happens often. Is this a sign?

Question: they went away in like 20 seconds but it happens often. Is this a sign of a heart attack, Its not to difficult to breath but when i do breathe the pains sting. I'm 16 and im 5'6 200 lbs. Am I screwed?

It is not necessarily your heart it could be fibromyalgia.Which is a muscle condition. Can only be detected by a specialist of arthritis.What ever it does need to be cheecked.
