glaucoma society singapore?
Question:
Answers:
The Web site of the Glaucoma Society of Singapore is run by Sam Fong, a former civil engineer and glaucoma patient who has successfully staved off the disease. See the link below for an interesting article on the man, as well as reference to many other glaucoma specialists in Asia.
The society itself says it is a registered non-profit group whose membership is comprised of companies, organizations and individuals. Like most nonprofit organizations, the Glaucoma Society is managed by a board of directors, including its president, John S Y Tan, and its vice president, Albert Wong.
The society credits its existance and support to Prof. Paul T K Chew of the National University and to the Rotary Club of Singapore East for its sponsorship.
Please check out the society's Web site for more information as well.
Hope this helps,
