Little itching bumps all over my hands and between toes?

I think you have a form of eczema called pomphylox. Look it up on google images and see if it matches. This condition can come about if you are under stress and also if you are over-washing. You need to avoid warm or hot water which washes all the natural oils from your skin. The hydrocortisone should help but not if you are using a lot of soap, especially soaps with deodorants or other chemicals. Just wash with cool water, minimal or no soap and keep using that cortisone. You may also consider checking your diet. Anything new recently? But again, this is stress related condition. Sleep well, exercise and try to take general care of yourself. Good Luck!

i would go see a doctor.
Sounds like a form of fungus. You may want to get something that is used for athletes foot for your hands. Possibly scabies-

But I'm no expert, you really should see a doctor.
I am no doctor but my 23 yr old daughter got that, I thought it was scabies at first but I belieeve it was dust mites now. I vacuumed her mattress on both sides and dusted every inch of her rom. She took benadyl and somethiing from the dr and hasn't had it since. God Luck!
