2 HUGE bites about the size of an eyes pupil. No side effects?

Question: My boyfriends has 2 huge bites, i live in bay area so mosquito population is HUGE. But he has no side effects, there VERY RED AND HUGE. kind of the size of a grape but it doesnt stick out too much. What should I do? Use an anti itch cream? (he has no itching?) cortizone?

GIVE HIM ANTIBIOTICS, I LIVE IN THE VALLEYHERE IN LODI AND I KNOW THERE IS A STAPH INFECTION GOING AROUND THAT APPEARS LIKE BITES BUT ARENT, ITS LIKE ALOT OF PEOPLE WERE GETTING IT.
