I would say no, they haven't even found a cure for acne or cancer, so hopes of finding a cure for aids is slim to none. There are many diseases they have no cure for .
is there a real cure for anything??we just treat symptoms not exactly the illnesses
I think there already is but the gov't is keeping population controlled and keeping revenues up..another wonderful conspiracy theory.
Not in this century at least.
Im unsure whether there will ever be a cure, hopefully so. I do however think that with increasing technology and awareness, it may be able to be managed much better and wont be such a life sentcene

It's very tough to optimistic. But someday when Christ returns there will be no diseases. So, my answer would be yes!
see miss shinedown morden science and tecnology is advancing so rapidly that who knows that one day doctors may come up with something to cure AIDS.
I think AIDS is very much like cancer. They may discover something that can help get rid of it if they catch it in time. The only way they can beat it is if they can somehow 100% prevent it from spreading to others.
Once the HIV virus becomes resistant to standard antiretroviral drugs, there are limited options. One option is to take larger combinations of antiretroviral drugs, an approach known as salvage therapy. Unfortunately, salvage therapy often increases the side-effects and costs. Another is to take only one or two antiretroviral drugs, specifically ones that induce HIV mutations that diminish the virulence of the infection.

Today all of these treatments only prolong the rapid spread of the virus throughout the body. Eventually the immune system will become compromised.

If an HIV infection becomes sufficiently resistant to antiretroviral-drugs, treatment becomes more complicated. Treatment options continue to improve as additional new drugs enter clinical trials. However, these drugs are in limited distribution. Many of these drugs are are potentially dangerous.

However researchers across the world have made great advancements and it is possible that in the decades to come we will have a cure or at least a vaccine.
