What is wrong with my nose??

Question: I have intense pain in my nose. Its weird. I havent been hit, but it feels like I just got out of surgery. its painful to touch from the top of the nose to the top of my upper lip. I have a headache and my nose is swollen.The pain is a throbbing, lingering pain and it is getting worse by the day. Any answers?
