Not necessarily. You can not contract AIDS from kissing someone, however if that person you are kissing has a open wound in there mouth, and it is bleeding, you CAN contract the virus. SO BE CARE FULL WHO YOU KISS.

They can be bleeding from brushing their teeth and you can still get it .Although AIDS is harder to contract then hepatitis. You can contract both diseases this way.
