can not get my IM to set up it say has occured error wii need to close?

Question: everything works my mail yahoo page but IM will bit set up to even let me sign on and even if it goes that far it still comes back yahoo has encountered and error will need to close

Try uninstalling your IM, reboot, then reinstall it.
