ACNE Question?

Question: hello i have little small bumps on my nose their not whiteheads or blackheads their the same color of my skin but they wont go away i tried eveything clearasil and i cant pop them because it will hurt to bad and its not white at the top like it suspposed to be when it pops i think think they could be heat bumps but they but i do i get rid of them they dont even get smaller or bigger they always stay the same size can anyone tell me how did i get them and how do i get rid of them PLEASE!!!1

Try dabbing a little neosporin cream (not ointment, it's called pain relieving cream) on them, not too much, use it sparingly...... see if it helps, I swear by it...............
