that sounds more like poison ivy umm if there are many of them kinda clustered. And it itchjes like eczema, then it could be something much more serious. I know this from my bout with shingles. if it is shingles it would burn and have pain. Head to a dermatologist, if you think its eczema or already have been diagnosed with eczema. good luck!

I have a type of eczema on my hands that I get. It is caused by water. The bumps are very light when my hands are dry and when the get wet, they really come out. It burns and itches. The bumps are white. My dermo gave me a lotion to help it.
