anyone ever heard of maturity spots?

Question: the dr told me my daughter has maturity spots on her brain when she had an mri she said they should resolve with age anyone ever heard of this if so what do they mean (she has epilepsy already)

Never heard of it. But if you're on here posting this question then apparently your daughter's doctor didn't explain it thoroughly. You should go back and talk to the doctor or get a second opinion from another doctor who will communicate with you adequately.
