For example in the case of diarrhoea it will lead to imbalance of fluid and electrolytes in the body which can lead to kidney failure which will in turn lead to hypertension.
In another case, an overload of infection in the body will lead to a fever and an increase in the heart rate with or without hypertension. In short it can be caused by anything.
