First thing is go to the ER.you need more than just a pill..especially if you were out of the USA and in certain areas of the world,,,Africa,Asia etc..it is treatable and takes awhile for you to feel completely better ..but if you were in the US its highly unlikely you have malaria..and if you traveled to one of these areas you shouldve been taking a profalactic while there.
