Why do I feel very dizzy after smoking?
Question:
what could it be?
Answers:
Somewhat long, but worth the read:
Because your red blood cells "have an affinity to carbon monoxide", and pick it up first rather than oxygen. The dizziness is from lack of oxygen to the brain. The throwing-up is typical of (I'm assuming) someone who is recently into smoking. The throwing-up probably also is the lack of oxygen that interfered with the normal stomach activity, whether or not you recently ate. I had what you describe. I HAD IT DECADES AGO, AND NOW I HAVE A LUNG CONDITION THAT REQUIRES OXYGEN FROM A TANK! I know someone who is 93 who smoked from age 13. She has a terrible cough, but does get enough oxygen without help. She's the exception (terribly wrinkled too - I know other 90+ people who look darned good.) I know you probably are young, like under 25 or 30, you know there are lung diseases, and you think YOU won't get them, or if you do, that will be so far in the future as to be of no concern. SURPRISE! That older age does come to pass, and you will probably want to kick your younger-self's behind for doing this to you. So stop now, in fact, write a note to your to-be-older self, put it away somewhere secure, and forget about it. I hope your future self will be pleased with the contents.

I sure would quit if I had those problems. You most likely are allergic to something in tobacco. Also may be a good idea to talk to a doctor.
if you increase your inhale.you could cuase dizziness just from lack of oxygen. However the syptoms described are very similar to the sickness someone would get from a bad reaction to ciggs eg. making a kid smoke a whole carton..so inhale slower and cut back a little.
Remote possibility.summer is here and air is more volitile.harder on your lungs. Climate..mostly air temp and hummidity affect how your lungs absorb smoke.just ask any seasoned pothead about why he uses a iced water bong for more info.
I read somewhere that smoking constricts your blood vessels which would decrease your oxygen intake making you dizzy. Take every ones advice and quit now before it's too late. My husband quit after about 33 years of smoking. If he can quit anybody can! He has no will power!
