Have I got a colesore?? :(?

Question:
It's inside my lip, and it's a small depressed bump of about 2 millimeres. It is white with a red circle round it!

Answers:
inside the mouth such sores are called canker sores and are usually related to some sort of injury to the mucous membranes. Rinse with antibacterial mouth wash twice daily and it will resolve on it's own.
I think you mean cold sore. It could be but it could also be a ulcer so have it checked out, either way.
Coldsore/ulcer/canker sore, yes you have one. Try Anbesol to clear it up or wait it out for a few days and it should clear on it's own.
That sounds like an ulcer if its inside the lip coldsores are on the outside for the world to see put some bonjelor on it to take the soreness out and to help it heal quicker.
Yes, a small ulcer in the mouth can often be a manifestation of a COLD sore, it will disappear after a few days. Could also ahve been caused by an accidental bite of your own lip.
Is that like vengeful coleslaw?

Your lip is divided into three thirds - the outer two thirds are a continuation of your skin from your face and can get cold sores and eczema etc, and the inner third of your lip is like the inside of your mouth and will get ulcers and lumps if you bite it etc. This sounds like an ulcer to me, so get some antiseptic mouthwash and eat plenty of fruit and veg.
