is there no permanent cure for this disease called 'piles'?

i gues it's hereditary as my granny,dad n uncle have it.i jus wanted to know - is there no permanent cure?

Piles is another name for hemmriods (sp. wrong sorry). When the lining of the intestine falls out the anus There are surgical and laser treatments to permanently cure them.
Talk to a doctor.

I believe that you can have them surgically removed or tied off. There is a chance they can return though.
Piles isn't a disease. It is hemorrhoids. There is no permanent cure. Use Prep-H or sometimes they have to be surgically removed.

Hemorrhoid operation
Hemorrhoids are not technically a "disease", but a condition where the veins that supply the intestines connect with the veins with the rest of the body. The veins that supply the intestines don't have valves, and where they first encounter valves, can become enlarged, and because they protrude into the lumen, or center opening of the rectum, can become painful. There are two sets of valves, one just inside the anus, and one right at the opening, each typically with three veins. So you can have three external hemorrhoids and three internal hemorrhoids. These days, the doctor treats them by "banding" or putting essentially a rubber band around them, which allows them to die and fall off.

The treatment for hemorrhoids is ever so much better than the old days, it is now an outpatient procedure that allows you to go about your daily life soon thereafter.
