if u ask me then i will advice u to stay away from proteinaceous foods like pulses,egg, meat, cheese, etc. drink a lot of water . give up alcohol. plz NO PROTEINS.

Dear if you have got the kidney problem called as kidney dysfunction or failure where you may be having less urine output, body swelling etc. Your bl.urea or creatinine in high levels also the quantity of proteins loss in urine.Actually all these are the factors depending upon which your diet should be planned and revised accordingly.
If you have such type of kidney dysfunction than avoid high protein and fat diet also sodium and potassium restriction is important depending upon the electrolytic balances in your blood.
