Do you have a sleep disorder? Many people do and don't even know it. If people have complained about you snoring, or if you feel lousy when you first wake up, you might want to get it checked out.
you might have mono because it makes your body tired so that could be why you yawn alot
You need more oxygen in your body, or you need to get rid of an excess of carbon dioxide, I can't remember.
If you REALLY want to stop yawning, take more frequent breaths. By yawning, your body is taking in more air than you previously were, telling you you need to breath heavier. Either get into the habit of breathing heavy or get some good excercise, that'll make you take in alot of air and stop your yawning.. hopefully =/ lol
Because the Oxygen level in your lungs is low.
Try some deep diaphragmatic breathing.
yawning is nomal. Do not expose yourself to ulcers worrying about it.
