do soiled diapers of any kind need to be placed in a red biohazard garbage at a medical facility.?

Question:

Answers:
Absolutely. They contain body fluids. Not only because the child/person may have HIV or Aids, but because feces carry many other germs as well. That IS an infectious material! Think about E-Coli, hepatitis, etc. In a medical facility, red bag it. (Most medical facilities have a bio-hazard waste basket lined with a red biohazard bag). Be safe.

Other Answers:
yeah
unless there is no red-bin (like in the bathroom,) then you wrap it in a plastic bag and tie it and throw it in the trash or give it to the nurse.
NO THEY ARNT HAZORDUS
That's a good one! I always wondered how something so little and sweet could let out something so awful and gross.
Yes, some diapers need to go in the red bags. Those belonging to an HIV or Hepatitis patient. There could be blood in the feces of these people.
