i think he uses a needle. his foot is so big and red it looks like a spider bite but im not sure, could it be a crank boil? how do you tell?
will i get infected ? what do i do? thank you

If it is that big already it IS infected and very serious. Get him to a hospital as I'm sure he will need IV antibiotics and if you don't it could spread to his blood and be life threatening.
