Hiv symptoms dosen't show in 3 weeks as far as i know. It could be to much worrying which can confused our brains that could actually show some symptoms but aren't there. The only way to know if they are there, is to take ablood test.

Not usually. I would wait 4 months, do not have any unprotected sex until then - then get tested at the local health department where you can do that anonymously, they give you a number and you can go in and get your results about 2 weeks later!
