Heart problem or something else?

Question:
This is a multiple question. For a few days I have been suffering from some pain in my upper chest area close to my left armpit area, and it also feels somewhat numming there and down my left arm. It's not a sharp type of pain, but enough to be bothersome. Is this sign of some sort of heart problem, or could it be something else? Maybe lymphnode problem as it is tender around that area too? What would be the cause? Thanks in advance!

Answers:
Hello,
This is just to hard to give even a guess at, being that there are no diagnostic tests to review.
Heart pain can be anything... Don't let anyone tell you any different. From the classic symptoms to NO symptoms at all.
They are called silent heart attacks anyone can have one and especially diabetics, they are well known to have them.

This could also be anything from a sore inflamed muscle pressing on a nerve to lymphatic cancer.

Basically what I am telling you is that you need to have some tests runs to see what is going on in there.

If it is the heart your "CPK MB" a blood test, will be elevated and also it would be to late to do anything about it now. If it were with in the first four hours they can give you IV meds to reverse it.

So please get seen and find out.

Good luck !!!

Go to a doc. This is advice from somebody that has had two heart attacks. Sounds like my heart attack.
GO TO THE DOCTOR, QUIT PUTTING IT OFF. YOU COULD
HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM, and the maybe not. So just go
to the doctor, please. God loves you
For heaven sakes, make a doctor's appointment. It could be nothing but a strained muscle, on the other hand it could be something more serious. Doctor time pronto!
It could be a heart attack or a stroke. It is not likely to be lymphnode related. You should have made a Dr appt a few days ago, when the problems first occurred. Self-diagnosis is never a good idea. Get off the compuiter, and go call the Dr, now. Okay?
Well, it's most likely NOT a heart attack. If it were, you'd be dead by now. However, I advise that you see a doctor, anyways. Good luck.
