If we can re-construct a persons nose, why can't we cure a persons arthritis?
Does anyone know what the treatment is for nevus sebaceous?
Answers:
The cartilage that is in a nose doesn't undergo the stresses that a joint would do. So any reconstruction that may be done on a joint would have to be constantly repaired. So not a really great cure if you are having to go in constantly to have things replaced. Besides most people that have arthritis are considerably older and that many surgeries wouldn't be wise.

Because they're two completely different problems.
Arthritis is the swelling of the joints
reconstructing someones nose has nothing to do with swelling joints

You'd have to keep rebuilding new areas that became inflamed and/or deformed. the nose is one small cartilagenous are of the body (like parts of the ear). Most people don't have arthritis in their cartilage, but in more widespread areas of their body and in vital and difficult to reach areas (hips, fingers, etc).
If we can make a cell phone call to Russia, why can't we cure cancer?
Completely different challenges - no relationship.
Could this be hopoglycemia or something else?
Because those two things are not related. Reconstructing a person's nose is done with plastic surgery, which is pretty simple.
Nobody really knows what causes arthritis, maybe it is a combination of things from various sources included inherited weaknesses, reaction to the environment and pollutants, and also viruses that attack the bones and nerves.
