i have red pus filled pimples spreading with fever,not diagnosed,pl. help?

hi, i have red bumps,pusfilled all over body.started in the lower legs 2months back, gradually spreading upwards , now in face . painful. some heal and become blackish but appear elsewhere..have evening rise in temperature gradually increasing now 102degrees..undergone tests for TB,HIV,arthritis, folliculitis and many others.all negative. still not diagnosed..taken antibiotics.. no use..please help..suggest a good doctor in bangalore..

You need to see a Doctor again and demand some serious attention. Go to the emergency department.
