i have extremely low amounts of sodium in blood ivs and high intake still low what could this be drs baffled?

Question: please give us ideas as sodium is staying low even tho was hospitalized and ivs going in can not keep sodium levels up fluid intake is low and sodium intake high been on 3 antibiotics infections still here thrush in mouth due to antibiotics getiing to be mystery diagnosis anyone can help with ideas????????
